DeLille Cellars D2 Columbia Valley Red Wine 2015 Review
I wish there was was more wine like this coming out of Washington State. This wine, with it's Bordeaux right bank style blend, is soft and elegant with all the pieces in the right place. The oak influence is quiet, allowing the wine to be more fruit forward with blueberry and currant mingling with baking chocolate and savory sour cherry. Although a little bit lean, the tannin is woven nicely into the fabric of the of the wine, making it an amazing food wine.
