Darioush Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review
An American story of an engineer and his wife from Iran arriving in the U.S. with an entrepreneurial spirit. They built a grocery business that would eventually help them transition into wine, which Darioush had been interested in since his days back home. Their legacy is fully realized today, and remain a family business while employing some of the most skillful hands in the industry to guide them. This comes through in the wine. It has a perfumed nose with beautiful dense, dark fruit notes. The palate is very even and integrated with a soft yet powerful mouthfeel.
