From a coveted northern corner of the Howell Mountain AVA, this classic mountain fruit Cab will blow your mind. The grapes come from land that was first planted with vines in the late 19th century and has been cared for by many skilled hands over the years. Today, winemaker Matt Taylor is at the helm giving respect to the past while making wine for the future. This wine has a liqueur-like concentration on the nose. The palate has deep fruit, and seamless integration between fresh mountain acidity and grippy tannins.
