Dandy Bubbles NV Review
This is a very earthy and balanced bubbly rosé. I’m not sure what grapes are in it, as the website and label don't say (maybe Mourvèdre? Tempranillo?). The bubbles are active, and the perception of fruit is saline like sea salt. It's very refreshing, with slight savory vibes.
