Covides Vinedos y Bodegas 'Barcino' Brut Cava NV Review
White floral notes on the nose (jasmine, acacia) with hints of rose petals open the nose of this Cava. There’s also some pear aromas mingling with white pepper. The palate has fine bubbles with a mineral-driven mouthfeel that’s almost salty/sweet. This is a good crowd-pleasing wine.
