Corralejo Reposado Review
This reposado is inviting from the get-go with its dazzling pink-gold hue. The nose is fruity and has a grappa-esque spicy kick, before the palate adds some green vegetal notes to the mix. Serve with soda and lime for a refreshing highball or mixed with grapefruit soda for an awesome Paloma.
