Convite Coyote
Review
This mezcal is floral from the start, with ripe red berries soon joining on the nose. The palate is just as interesting. White pepper joins the rose and red berry upfront to counter the sweet caramel notes that are also present. Smoke is there but only to complement — it’s almost an afterthought. This mezcal is simply lovely.
