A contender for “rosé of the summer” status, the Conde Valdemar Rosé is light, dry, and insanely refreshing. Lightly aromatic, it smells like fresh air on a dewy spring morning: white cherries and strawberries, citrus, and sweet herbs. Perfectly ripe red berries greet the palate first, then a wash of dry, zesty acidity and rocky minerality leave the tongue tingling and ready for another sip.
