Colmant Cap Classique Brut Rosé NV Review
Yeasty notes of strawberries and raw puff pastry open the nose of this sparkler. The bubbles are nice and persistent but not overwhelming. As the wine opens the added aromas of raspberry pops up. It’s a nice offering from South Africa showing depth and some balance.
