Champagne Palmer & Co. Grands Terroirs 2015 Review
In 1947, a group of seven growers in grand cru and premier cru holdings decided to come together and create a Champagne house. Now, 70-years later their journey of “harmony, balance, and the pursuit of excellence,” is still going strong. This cuvée is crafted as an expression of the estate's sense of place across Montagne de Reims. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier comes together in this delectably rich Champagne. Notes of brioche, lemon curd, and cheese rind rise out of the glass, and the palate brings an incredible creamy texture with even perlage (bubbles).
