Chalk Hill Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review

This wine is soft and creamy, with lithe notes of white pepper. There are some lean notes of peach and citrusy grapefruit winding through calm, well-integrated acidity as well. The palate is focused, and very well balanced between sweet and savory. This is an excellent example of how balanced this grape can be on the west coast.
