From Iowa, Cedar Ridge’s Bottled-in-Bond rye employs a distinct mash bill of 85 percent rye, 12 percent corn, and 3 percent malted barley. The hero grain arrives with more of an herbaceous and tart cherry character on the nose, while savory spices like caraway springs to life on the palate. This is a solid craft offering.
