Caorunn Highland Strength Scottish Gin Review
Arriving at 54 percent ABV, this is the "Highland Strength" version of Caorunn, a Scottish gin whose botanical bill centers on five Celtic ingredients. Of those, heather, dandelion, and the aromatic Coul Blush apple have the heaviest influence on the final profile, providing an earthy, green, fruity character that marries wonderfully with juniper.
