Sŏnbi Gin Review
In this gin, Schisandra berries (a.k.a. the five-flavor berry) and grains of paradise complement an otherwise fairly typical botanical cast, though the producer macerates each one differently before continuous copper column distillation. Sŏnbi Gin markets itself as a London Dry gin with a “Korean twist,” and it instantly captivated us with its intense, perfumed bouquet that carries seamlessly onto the palate.
