Cadenhead's Old Raj Dry Gin Review

This gin immediately stands out for two reasons: Saffron infusion after distillation lends a faint yellow hue, while the spirit is also bottled at a higher than average 55 percent ABV. Beyond appearance, the former also adds an enticing spice, which weaves wonderfully among notes of fresh juniper and vibrant, toasted coriander seeds. The prickling spice livens the palate, as does the alcohol content, though the spirit never tastes hot or boozy. This is an excellent gin and ideal for Martinis. We'll take ours with a twist.
