C.L. Butaud Pa Pa Frenchy White Wine 2020 Review
Fun and balanced, smelling like a bouquet of white flowers and sliced pears flecked with sea salt. The palate has a slight grip to it, but the acidity keeps things light. The finish is a bit funky with a lingering yeast film — which kind of messes with the awesomeness of this wine — but would be awesome with a cheese plate.
