Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review
West Coast Savi B’s are often bright, round, and juicy with significant aromas of tropical fruits and pretty fun. But, when they can have all of that with some lean minerality, they rise above the rest like this three-county organic blend from Bonterra. This wine pairs with a sunny day and is so Cali with abundant tropical notes of apricot and pineapple, but the aromas are restrained by a bright, clean and crisp wet-rock minerality that heightens the fruit aromas without making them in your face. This is a great wine for picnics or the beach.
