Bonterra Biodynamic, Single Vineyard ‘The Butler’ blend 2014 Review

The Butler is from Bonterra's Biodynamic line, Demeter certified and everything. The blend is a fun representation of red grapes that have come to define the alternative to cab-life with Rhone ranger vibes and a little bit of Zin for good measure. Even though the alcohol is way too high, this wine still has some awesome to it, with licorice and dark cherries aromas among hints of plum with anise and some floral notes. This wine can age for a while, which should maybe calm down the alcohol a bit. One can hope!
