Barrell Craft Spirits Batch #31 Review
The newest release from Barrell Craft Spirits, a Kentucky-based blender and bottler, this bourbon contains distillates from Tennessee, Indiana, and Kentucky, with age statements ranging from 6 to 16 years old. Despite its heady 55.6 percent ABV, this cask-strength whiskey's alcohol barely registers on the palate. Instead, it helps amplify decadent and complex notes of cake batter, dried apricots, tobacco, and strawberry compote. Once again, Barrell has knocked it out of the park. Buy this bottle now!
