The Zonin family, owners of Barboursville Vineyards, have proven that Italian varieties can work and thrive in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This Pinot Grigio is a great example, with aromas of white pepper, pears, and waxy flower petals on the nose. The palate is soft, deep, and mineral-driven, with expressive fruit balanced by acidity.
