Avaline White Wine NV Review
This is a very refreshing wine. It has lively acidity and nice ripe fruit. It smells like white flowers and quince paste (like a sugared orange peel vibe). It really fills out on the palate and begs for vinegary, salty oysters or a spicy paella.
