Smelling and sipping this wine you're like yeah, I can dig the ripe cow’s milk cheese vibe (camembert) and those briney black olive notes tinged with the cucumber side of rhubarb. You’ll be like, wow is that seasoned meat I smell and maybe some vanilla and earthy beetroot? But then you’ll be like, why do my nose hairs burn, look at the price, and be like, nah. This wine could be more than what it is if the alcohol was restrained, but that heat messes with the subtley.
