Astral Tequila Añejo Review
In the current tequila market, thirty bucks generally won't get you very far — especially for a tahona-crushed, copper pot distilled añejo. That said, this expression from Astral checks all of those boxes. Despite this tequila's rather light golden hue, its profile lands relatively oak-forward. Feel free to sip this one neat, but we recommend mixing it in highballs and spirit-forward stirred drinks.
