Archery Summit Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2021 Review
Archery Summit Winery is a study in Dundee Hills Pinot Noir. They own six vineyards across the AVA and make sure that each vineyard expresses itself the way the microclimates demand. This bottling is a great introduction to how they roll. Tart, ripe fruit on the nose is balanced by a judicial oak exposure. The mouthfeel is tight and concentrated yet shows nice depth. The natural acidity comes through and keeps it refreshing.
