The Story Behind The Figgy Pudding

If you’re in the mood for a whiskey cocktail that’s on the lighter side, the Figgy Pudding, created by bartender and Speed Rack co-founder Lynnette Marrero, is a great place to start. This sessionable option employs bourbon as its base with the addition of apple cider, lemon juice, and ginger beer.

A homemade fig-infused honey syrup provides the “figgy” part of the Figgy Pudding for a cocktail that’s sweet, zippy, and refreshing — perfect for brightening the bumbling days between Christmas and New Year’s.
