How To Make A Clover Club
A recently rediscovered pre-Prohibition classic hailing from Philadelphia, the Clover Club is an interesting combo of gin, egg whites and raspberries. This drink is a true crowd-pleaser — so much so that it’s found a well-earned spot on the list of the 50 most popular cocktails in the world. Feast your eyes on the other 49.
Clover Club Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon
- 1 oz Raspberry syrup
- 1 ea Egg white
Clover Club Directions
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tin.
- Add a few chips of ice.
- Shake until ice chips are dissolved.
- Fill tin with ice.
- Shake vigorously, until tin is frosted over.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Enjoy.
