Whether it be $1 Strawberry Margaritas, $2 Blue Moons, or $1 Long Island Iced Teas, Applebee’s is gaining a reputation for cheap, month-long drink specials. With fall on the horizon, the casual dining chain is offering $2 Octoberfest Draft Beers.

While Oktoberfest (somewhat confusingly) starts on September 22, Applebee’s is starting fall festivities slightly earlier this year. The chain will serve 10-ounce $2 draft pours of Sam Adams Octoberfest beer for the entire month of September, Food & Wine reports.

Oktoberfest beer (or Oktoberfestbier) is a German-style traditionally brewed in March, to be served during fall harvest. With toasty, malt-driven flavors, “It’s the perfect fall brew,” Applebee’s writes, “one you’re sure to fall for this fall.”

As with previous promotions, Applebee’s says that timing and availability of the September Neighborhood Drink of the Month will vary by restaurant. If you want to try the style, but your local Applebee’s isn’t participating, you can always check out VinePair’s recent guide to our favorite Oktoberfest-style beers.
