Wolfburn Single Malt Scotch Whisky ‘Aurora’ Review
Aged separately in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which are later married, this single malt serves a delightful mix of earth, savory, and fruit notes. Its luscious texture coats the palate, where crème brûlée and tinned peach flavors make a welcome appearance. A mix of booze soaked golden raisins and freshly grated ginger round out each lively sip.
