Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Review
Given its high ABV content, the alcohol is really well integrated on this barrel proof bourbon. The nose gives off aromas of new oak, vanilla, black pepper, and caramel. The palate is incredibly lively, serving a sweet and spicy mix of charred wood notes and caramel. The finish is remarkably well balanced all things considered. You need to know what you're getting into here, but if you like overproof spirits, this is where it's at.
