Volans Tequila Blanco Review
From the folks responsible for G4, Volans is certified additive free and another shining example of high-quality, traditionally made tequila. While not as earthy as some other highland expressions, its aromatic profile leans fruity and floral, and also features a bright snap of mint. The palate, however, is reminiscent of peppery olive tapenade. Mexican Martini, anyone?
