Vinum Cellars Pinot Noir 2016 Review
Acidity thins this wine out, sacrificing chewiness for angularity. Cherries are there, but quickly move into ripe tomato territory, with bitter beetroot and rhubarb. Hovering over all this is a prominent aroma of smoke or tar that defines the nose and palate. There is not much complexity here but it's a decent gifting bottle for a house party.
