Vincent Girardin Bourgogne Pinot Noir Cuvee Saint-Vincent 2016 Review
Your nose will thank you with aromas of seasoned meat and mushrooms simmering with cherries. The wine opens a bit and shows off its fresh plowed earth with a whisper of green tea and tobacco leaf. On the finish there is a hint of sweet wood from good oak and the palate is soft, edged with new tannin that still wants to do some work reducing (aging). This is a nice, deep, and soulful bottle from Beaune.
