Trestle Thirty One Demi Sec Riesling 2023 Review
This innovative Finger Lakes Riesling is made with fruit sourced from two vineyard sites, aged in stainless steel and a small percentage of Acacia oak. It opens with notes of aloe, honeysuckle, stone fruit, and a salty sea breeze. The palate is calm, using just enough residual sugar to soften the variety's natural austerity.
