Totus Tuus Brut Reserva Cava NV Review
Toasty, with notes of French Butter (the fancy stuff in Bistros), with some green apple in the background. There is a nice hint of vanilla mingling with subtle raw puff pastry aromas as well. The palate has a heady depth to it, while the bubbles race around, heightening the acidity and making the wine quite balanced. It’s not everywhere yet, but it should be.
