Toscolo Chianti Classico DOCG 2016 Review
This Chianti keeps it old school with minimal oak and all Sangiovese. It smells like cherries and the woods in the morning. The depth is just right and the tannic grip is subtle. This, with a grilled skirt steak drizzled with olive oil, would be legit.
