The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Review
Instantly recognizable as The Macallan’s signature sherried style, this 15-year-old expression is akin to a whisky five or 10 years its senior. Arriving in glass with a deep toffee hue, vibrant dried fruit aromas reflect its lengthy time in oak. The palate is similarly aged and influenced by the fortified wine casks but remains lively, concentrated, and absolutely luxurious.
