Tendril Wine Cellars 'Extrovert' Pinot Noir 2018 Review
Owner and winemaker Tony Rynders is a busy guy. He makes wine under two labels and consults with other wineries on the process and vineyard design. Even doing all that, he finds time to focus on crafting his own high quality wines. A heady and upfront Pinot Nor, with deep fruit that is you can sense on the nose. The alcohol is a little high and brings that welcome boozy cherry vibe. The mouthfeel is also deep, but with vibrant natural acidity that lifts the depth of the wine on the palate.
