Invigorating vegetal-spiced agave notes leap out of the glass of this extra añejo tequila, while a deep golden hue ensures you're well aware a decadent tasting experience awaits. Aged for five years in a mix of Cognac, sherry, and Scotch casks, this release delivers what so many aim for but so few achieve: The palate serves the kind of rich sweetness that's sure to win over bourbon lovers. But the texture is neither cloying nor weighty, and the influence of the three different barrel types only adds to the complex agave soul that weaves throughout.
