Taub Family Vineyards Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Review
This is such a classic California Cab, but it’s not ready yet. The core of the fruit is shy right now, not showing its full blackberry-rich awesomeness. And these crazy tannins need to straight up chill for a minute (ok maybe a year) so this wine can shine. This is a great gift for the boss (or yourself) and a home run for dinner with the parents.
