Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas Blanc 2017 Review
Exceptionally balanced and blended, with notes of pear and honey along with citrusy acacia and lemon peel. With a swirl a hint of vanilla folded into coconut also emerges. The palate is sharp and focused, with just the right amount of depth and acidity promoting additional aromas of spearmint and white pepper. This is one of those American whites that defines the possibility of quality and finesse.
