Stellum Bourbon Whiskey Review
Bottled at cask strength, this blended bourbon is surprisingly tame on the nose given the ABV. Produced by the same Kentucky-based blending and bottling team behind Barrell Craft Spirits, this bourbon's complex oak notes go beyond vanilla and toast, leaning into cigar box and potpourri. The palate opens with rich maple sweetness, and while loaded with alcohol, the booze never overtakes the flavor profile. If cask strength whiskey is your jam, you'll love this complex, accomplished blend.
