Starlight Double Oak Rye Whiskey Review
Produced using a blend of two, rye-heavy mashbills, this whiskey is made using estate-grown rye and locally sourced malted barley. It’s double-oaked, and that influence definitely pushes its profile onto the sweeter end of the spectrum but doesn’t overpower its underlying, attractive notes of potpourri and sandalwood.
