Smallfry 'Tangerine Dream' 2022 Review
Suzi Hilder and Wayne Ahrens are viticulturalists who decided to begin making wine from the fruit they work with. They hope to help carry the Barossa Valley into the future with sustainable agriculture and respect for the land. This is their orange wine made from Semillon, Pedro Ximenez, Riesling, Roussanne, and a splash of Muscat. It has aromas of earl grey tea and cheese shop. The nose is intriguing, but it's the palate that will get you with its fresh acidity and slight grip.
