Slavček Sivi Pinot 2022 Review
Slovenia has its own appellation system and the region of the Vipava Valley is a DOP or protected origin. The Slavček estate was here before the system was in place, established in 1769. Over the years they have evolved with the world's understanding of wine while staying true to their roots. This Sivi Pinot (Pinot Grigio) is a testament to their journey. This skin-contact wine has a peachy, waxy nose with some honeysuckle aromas. There's great balance on palate with a wonderful texture.
