Scharffenberger Cellars Excellence Brut Rosé NV Review
This is a great American Sparkler (I'm trying to get this term going let’s make it happen) with ripe notes of raspberry and strawberries dipped in yogurt and drizzled with honey. There’s even some jasmine and sweet acacia as it opens a bit. The palate is soft, the aromas are layered, and harmonized with delicate bubbles, making this a great, smooth example of how we do it well.
