Rotari Rosé 2014 Review

Right away watermelon and orange waft up. There is some ripe peach and white pepper as the wine opens. The nice thing about this wine is that it has verve to it, meaning that it’s not cloying and sweet, but angular and lean (the grapes are from the slopes of the Dolomites) with fine bubbles. For under $20 it’s a hit.
