Ritual Casablanca Valley Pinot Noir 2016 Review
Sofia Araya is awesome. Her wines have an elegance to them that is not often found at this price. Her sustainable Pinot Noir is no exception, with silky, chewy tannin among aromas of cherry and raspberry that coats your palate like a satin pillow. The only downside is that it needs a minute to breathe as some mercaptans (the result of sustainable practices) need to blow off. It's worth it, this wine is wonderful.
