Ridgecrest Old Vine Estate Pinot Gris 2019 Review
Grippy and crispy is what boots you first. Then, you smell hints of grapefruits and a subtle bunch of white flowers and mint, with maybe a fleck or two of white pepper. The palate is lean, but flavorful and very mineral-driven. This is a good wine for some local cheeses.
