Ridgecrest Estate Dry Riesling 2019 Review
This is a great American Riesling. It grips the palate with high acidity and tart fruit, but softens with a creamy yogurt vibe. It smells like the sweet concentration of a Meyer lemon and fresh sliced green apples. It’s such a focused wine and a pleasure to sip.
