Review: William Fèvre ‘Champs Royaux’ Chablis 2015

An excellent value for classic Chablis, with just a bit of ocean brine stink that will blow off over time.

The Full Review

Classic, if not incredibly refined, Chablis that will likely evolve over time. Seashell and ocean brine meet Parmesan cheese rind and lemon zest on the nose, while the palate is much more linear, with lifted acidity and a salty, rocky finish. A great value.
